Returns + Exchanges:

At Women’s & Pelvic Health Physio we check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition and packaged carefully before sending them to you. However, we understand shopping online can be tricky, sometimes you may order the incorrect size for you. Therefore, we are happy to provide full refund and exchanges on all items except lubricants.

We highly recommend using the size chart to measure correctly when purchasing the SRC and Baremum garments. If you are unsure, please send an email enquiry.

Return requirements:

Your returns must meet the conditions below:
- Returns must be placed within 14 days after delivery.
- Your items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.

As soon as we have received the returned package at, we will refund your order. It usually takes around 1-7 business days for the payment to be visible on your account.

Faulty Items:

If your item is faulty, we will replace it with the same item. If the item is out of stock from the supplier, we will offer you a refund. This is in line with Australian consumer guidelines.

If you've received an incorrect or faulty item, please email us first so we can confirm the return is acceptable.

Postage Costs:

The return tracked postage cost is to be covered by the customer, local customers can return items to the clinic.
